Meeting with Dr. Mohammad Javad Zarif, Strategic Vice President of I.R Iran

Dr. Mohsen Mehralizadeh, President, and Dr. Ali Malek Abbassi, Secretary General of the International Zurkhaneh Sports & Koshti Pahlavani Federation IZSF, attended in his office.

In this meeting, IZSF President first mentioned the history of cultural and sports cooperation of this international federation, which is responsible for the implementation of the explicit orders of the Supreme Leader in introducing Iranian-Islamic wrestling values and art in international scenes.
 In the following, his reference to the spread of Persian language and the use of long poems by famous Iranian poets was praised by Dr. Zarif among 2,000 people interested in this sport in 85 countries.

At the end of this conversation, which took place in an intimate atmosphere, the 20-year performance of this non-governmental legal institution, the international capacities of Zurkhaneh sports & Koshti Pahlavani, the role of education and research, the strategy of interactions and cooperation with different international organizations such as registered in World Martial Arts Union “WoMAU” , UNESCO – Listed Martial Arts Promotion Committee, International Centre of Martial Arts for Youth Development and Engagement “UNESCO ICM “ under the auspices of UNESCO in the field of public diplomacy, heritage as well as the international registration of IZSF in Switzerland, the holding of the 2024 and 5 competitions and the support of the honorable government and parliament in allocating the budget and attracting the necessary funds for the global domination of Zurkhaneh Sports & Koshti Pahlavani.
