According to the public relations report of IZSF, quoted by the public relations of the Pahlavi and Zorkhaneh Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in this meeting that took place on Sunday, January 16, 2017, on the eve of the 51st anniversary of the death of Jahan Pahlavan Takhti and in the national Zorkhaneh Shahid Fahmideh was held in Tehran, Mohsen Mehralizadeh (President of the International Federation of Powerlifting and Wrestling), Mojtaba Johari (President of the National Federation of Iran), Seyyed Abdollah Sajjadi (Vice President of the Federation), Mohammad Jafarpour (Secretary of the Federation) and representatives of the veterans of the delegation Provinces all over the country were present.
Based on this, the purpose of forming this council was to realize the goals and policies of the federation regarding the universal development of this sport by using the experience of the past and the executive power of the young generation.
/> It should be noted: at the end of this meeting, the members of the Supreme Council of Veterans and the experts of power sports and wrestling received their membership orders and after holding the voting ceremony, the nine members of the board of this council were elected.
