According to the Public Relations Office of the International Zurkhaneh Sports and Koshti Pahlavani Federation (IZSF), a joint meeting between officials of the International Federation and the National Zurkhaneh Sports and Koshti Pahlavani Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran was held at the headquarters of the International Federation to review the organisation of the 7th Asian Zurkhaneh Sports and Koshti Pahlavani Championships, hosted by Urmia, and to evaluate the ongoing cooperation between the two federations.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Mohsen Mehralizadeh, President of the International Federation; Dr. Mehrali Baranchehmeh, President of the National Federation of Iran; Dr. Mitra Rouhi, Secretary General of IZSF; Mr. Samrat Singh - IZSF Incharge of International Relation Department;Mr. Seyed Hassan Sabzevari, Vice President of the National Federation; Mr. Masoud Maleki, Secretary General of the National Federation; and Mr. Esmail Shams Kolahi and Mr. Nejat Mehr, representatives of the Technical Committee of the International Federation.

At the beginning of the meeting, a comprehensive report was presented on the organisation of the 7th Asian Championships, highlighting the successful implementation of the event and reviewing the strengths and valuable experiences gained throughout the competition.

Expressing his satisfaction with the high standard of the Championships, Dr. Mohsen Mehralizadeh commended the close cooperation and constructive partnership between the National Federation of Iran and the International Federation throughout the planning, preparation, and execution of the event.

Commenting on the successful organisation of the Championships, he stated:

"Iran's hosting of this edition of the Asian Championships was exemplary, not only from a technical and organisational perspective but also in demonstrating the cultural values and traditions of Pahlavani. It has provided a valuable model for other member countries and has made an important contribution to promoting the spirit of chivalry and advancing Zurkhaneh Sports and Koshti Pahlavani across Asia."

Dr. Mehralizadeh also expressed his sincere appreciation for the valuable support provided by Dr. Ahmad Donyamali, Minister of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran; the Governor of West Azerbaijan Province; and the Director General of Sports and Youth of West Azerbaijan Province, whose cooperation helped create ideal conditions for hosting the Championships. He described this support as clear evidence of the Government's commitment to preserving and promoting Iran's rich sporting and cultural heritage.

During the meeting, Dr. Mehrali Baranchehmeh, President of the National Federation of Iran, thanked the International Federation for its continued confidence and support, stating:

"The National Federation has made every effort to organise the Asian Championships to the highest possible standard and to further strengthen Iran's position within the international Zurkhaneh Sports and Koshti Pahlavani community."

The meeting also included detailed discussions on technical and educational matters related to the future development of Zurkhaneh Sports throughout Asia. It was agreed that the National Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran would submit proposals relating to education, refereeing, and technical development for consideration by the specialised commissions of the International Federation before final decisions are adopted.

At the conclusion of the meeting, in recognition of the National Federation's outstanding efforts in successfully hosting the 7th Asian Championships, Dr. Mohsen Mehralizadeh, President of the International Federation, presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Dr. Mehrali Baranchehmeh, President of the National Federation of Iran, acknowledging his leadership, dedication, and significant contribution to the successful organisation of the Championships.
