According to the public relations report of the International Federation of Powerlifting and Wrestling, the fifth training course for the level C Powerlifting and wrestling started today, December 16, at the Academy of the International Federation of Powerlifting and Wrestling and will continue until December 21. .

 In this training course, there are participants from the republics of Azerbaijan, India, Iraq, Pakistan, Turkey, Russia, and Belarus, who have practical and theoretical education. They learn the necessary skills to become a C grade coach.

The theory classes of this training course include history and philosophy of sports. "Zorkhaneh" is familiarity with the order of performing sports operations of "Zorkhaneh" is an ancient greeting and the anatomy of sports physiology. In the practical part, in addition to Zorkhaneh sports techniques, students also learn wrestling. Wrestling is one of the ancient rituals of Iran, which has gained many fans in European and Far Asian countries and is rapidly expanding.
