Demise of Mr. Khanlar Gurbanoev due to COVID – 19 pandemic virus, who was one of our very intellectual, high potential EC Member of International Zurkhaneh Sports and Koshti Pahlavani Federation (IZSF), Vice President of European Zurkhaneh Sports Confederation (EUZSC) and President of Azerbaijan Zurkhaneh Sports and Koshti Pahlavani Federation (AZSF) ,for IZSF it was unforgettable moment when he had lead role in “The 4th   Islamic Solidarity Games” which has been held on 2017 simultaneously for developing Zurkhaneh Sports and Koshti Pahlavani in Azerbaijan.
